About the songs and Henry Hall
This legendary English bandleader made a name for himself by regular performances on BBC Radio during the ‘Dance Band’ years of the ’20s and ’30s. While not as well known as big-band ‘titans’ Benny Goodman and Neal Hefti, his music is certainly as sophisticated and packs a punch with its rhythmic energy.
