Gnarls Barkley is a duo act comprising of Cee Lo Green and Danger Mouse (both are professional pseudonyms). “Crazy” was his first big single. Nelly is an American rap artist. He wrote “Grillz” in 2005. Featuring other artists including Paul Wall and Ali & Gipp, the song reached No. 5 in the Billboard charts. “Love Generation”, a dance hit, was originally written by Bob Sinclair and Gary Pine (a member of Bob Marley and The Wailers). Robbie Williams, writer of “Sin Sin Sin”, is a pop megastar with numerous No.1 releases over the past 15-20 years. “Temperature”, an R&B release by Atlantic Records, was originally recorded by Sean Paul in 2005 as part of his Trinity album. Jessica Simpson is one of many pop artists who has re-recorded versions of 60s pop chart-topper “These Shoes Are Made For Walkin’”. The Embrace song “World At Your Feet” is a rock anthem familiar to many as England’s ‘anthem’ during their 2006 FIFA World Cup campaign. Kanye West, an American hip-hop artists, released “Touch The Sky” in 2006 on his album ‘Late Registration’. Coldplay are an alternative rock band from Britain, who wrote “The Hardest Part” to feature on their third album ‘X&Y’. Rihanna, who wrote ‘SOS’, has released many top-selling pop, R&B and Dance recordings.
