Peggy Lee
Peggy Lee (born Norma Deloris Egstrom) had a flourishing career as a singer/songwriter, composer and actress from 1941 right up to the year 2000. Lee embraced a variety of music, working with the greats including Duke Ellington, The Beatles, Randy Newman, Charlie Parker and many more. Peggy Lee is perhaps most recognised from her sensationally distinct single ‘Fever’. The 2010 single ‘Why Don’t You?’, which samples Peggy Lee’s vocals, reached No. 1 spot in the UK Dance Charts.
