As new legal inquiries into the disaster get under way, Nostalgia Music would like to pay tribute to those 96 lives lost with our issue of Gerry and The Pacemakers’ ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’.”

“Known as the unofficial Liverpool FC anthem, the 1963 release spent four consecutive weeks at the number one spot in the UK Singles Chart. It then re-entered the chart last year at No. 12 with the help of an online campaign by Liverpool MP Steve Rotheram (see previous blog), when the new inquests into the 1989 disaster were opened. We now feel the time is again right to remember this song and the meaning it holds behind this tragedy.”
